These well-designed ready-made plans fit beautifully into the majority of properties.
Just hand the plan to your contractor and they’ll adapt the dimensions on site to fit.

Absolutely. Every design includes a full manual explaining:

- How to plant each species
- Watering and fertilizing
- Seasonal care
- Long-term maintenance
Even complete beginners can feel like true pros.

We recommend three quotes to get a fair market comparison.

Yes. Plants are selected for:
- Architectural design attributes

E. MATERIALS, ECOLOGY & DRAINAGE
17. Are your plant selections low-water or xeric?
Many recommended species are drought-tolerant and xeric-friendly, allowing for minimal irrigation.
18. Are the materials sustainable?
Yes. We prioritize:
- Natural stone
- Local aggregates
- Permeability
- Long-lasting composite or sustainably sourced wood
- Eco-friendly mulches and amendments
Our aim is beauty, longevity, and reduced environmental impact.
19. Are the paving materials permeable?
Yes. Many designs recommend permeable solutions such as:
- Open-joint stone
- Gravel paths
- Decomposed granite
- Stabilized aggregates
- Permeable pavers
-
Decking installed over a gravel base to allow excellent drainage
These support soil health, reduce runoff, and follow strong ecological principles.
F. YARD SIZE, SHAPE & CUSTOMIZATION
20. Should I worry about the size or shape of my yard?
- Not at all. The designs are fully adaptable by contractors.
- Choose the style you love — the layout can be resized or reshaped easily by your contractor.
- That said, if the area you wish to landscape is more rectangular than L-shaped then we suggest shopping specifically for the designs for that shape in the shop section of the navigation menu.
21. What if my yard is much larger or smaller?
- Contractors simply scale the plan up or down.
- Larger yards repeat or expand elements.
- Smaller yards condense them without losing the overall design feel.
22. Can I mix plans or add features?
Yes. Many customers combine multiple plans or add lighting, water features, or extra seating. Everything integrates smoothly.
G. CARE, MAINTENANCE & PERFORMANCE
23. How long will the garden take to mature?
Generally:
- Perennials: 1–2 seasons
- Shrubs: 2–3 years
- Trees: 3–5 years
Your space looks great from day one and gets better with time.
24. Do these gardens attract pollinators?
Yes. The palettes are intentionally designed to support bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
25. Are these gardens low-maintenance?
