What Licensed Contractors Do
Licensed Contractors install Gardens To Go™ landscape plans within approved territories. You act as an independent service provider and are expected to uphold the Company’s standards of communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
Your role includes interpreting plan sets, adapting them to site conditions, communicating with clients, and delivering installations that reflect the original design intent.

How the Program Works
Step 1 — Apply
Submit the Licensed Contractor Application. All applications are reviewed individually to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Step 2 — Approval and Onboarding
Approved contractors receive territory details, brand guidelines, installation expectations, and access to plan adaptation rules.
Step 3 — Install Gardens To Go™ Plans
You install plan sets purchased by customers within your approved territory, adapting them as needed for site conditions while maintaining the design intent.
Step 4 — Maintain Standards
You uphold the Company’s expectations for communication, safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Plan Adaptation Expectations
Contractors are permitted and expected to adapt Gardens To Go™ plans to fit the client’s specific site conditions. Acceptable adaptations include scaling dimensions, adjusting layout for slopes or drainage, substituting climate‑appropriate plants, modifying hardscape lengths or materials, adjusting irrigation layout, complying with local codes or HOA rules, and ensuring safe access for equipment.
Contractors must maintain the overall design intent and aesthetic, preserve the signature Gardens To Go™ style, communicate adaptations to the client, and provide an updated site‑specific version of the plan.
Any adaptation that materially alters the design intent requires written approval from the Company.
Professional Standards
Licensed Contractors must provide timely communication, maintain clean and safe job sites, follow all local regulations and safety requirements, and notify the Company of any issues that may impact customer satisfaction. Repeated customer complaints or service failures may result in removal from the program.
